These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every purchase made on https://mybestsub.space, operated by MY BEST SUB LLC (trading as “Mybest sub”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, USA, 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. Children may use our books under the supervision of an adult.
We sell digital coloring books and eBooks in PDF format. No physical product is shipped. Each product page describes the content, number of books and number of pages. Cover images and previews are for presentation; the delivered pages match the description.
Prices are shown in euros (€). Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders are paid in full at checkout through Stripe or, for products priced at €20 or more, through Payoneer. Your contract with us is formed when your payment is confirmed. See Payments & Security.
We deliver your files by e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of confirmed payment, as described in our Delivery. You are responsible for giving us a correct e-mail address or phone number.
By completing your order, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
All illustrations, texts and files are owned by MY BEST SUB LLC and protected by copyright. When you buy a product, you receive a personal license described in our License of Use. Any use not allowed by that license is prohibited.
Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for printer, paper or ink costs, or for problems caused by your device or internet connection. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase.
