Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by MY BEST SUB LLC (“Mybest sub”) are digital files (PDF). Because they can be downloaded and copied immediately, they cannot be returned like physical goods. We still want every customer to be satisfied, so this policy explains when and how we refund.

When you are entitled to a refund

• You did not receive your files and we were unable to deliver them within 48 hours after you contacted us.
• The file is damaged, does not open, or is substantially different from its description, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

When refunds are not available

Once your files have been delivered and work correctly, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, or for buying a product you already own. If you are unsure which book to choose, try our free sample or our Relax & Color Mini Pack first, or ask us.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose it (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). By completing your purchase and accepting our Terms of Service, you request immediate delivery and give this consent. This never affects your legal rights if a product is defective.

How to request a refund

• Contact us within 14 days of purchase at billing@mybestsub.space or on WhatsApp (+1 (929) 718-5528).
• Include your name, the e-mail used at checkout and your Stripe receipt.
• We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe or Payoneer, to your original payment method, for the full amount paid. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are solved within minutes, and it is the fastest way to get your money back if you are entitled to it.
