Delivery Policy

All products sold on mybestsub.space are digital files. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no customs fees.

What you receive

High-quality PDF files, ready to print on A4 or US Letter paper. Packs and bundles contain one PDF per book.

How delivery works

• Paid with Stripe: right after payment, you are taken to your personal download page.
• Paid with Payoneer: we send your files by e-mail within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.
• By e-mail: we send your files, or a secure download link, to the e-mail address you entered on the Stripe checkout page.
• By WhatsApp: message us at +1 (929) 718-5528 with your receipt and we send the files directly in the chat.

Delivery time

Within 24 hours of confirmed payment at the latest, usually much faster. Stripe also sends you a payment receipt by e-mail as soon as you pay.

If your files don’t arrive

• Check your spam, junk or “Promotions” folder.
• Make sure the e-mail address on your Stripe receipt is correct.
• Contact us with your receipt: we resend your files free of charge.

If we are unable to deliver your files within 48 hours after you contact us, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Downloads and backups

Please save your files on your device after receiving them. If you lose them, contact us: we will send them again at no cost.
