This Privacy Policy explains how MY BEST SUB LLC (“Mybest sub”, “we”), 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA, collects and uses your personal data when you visit https://mybestsub.space or buy from us. We are the controller of your personal data.

Data we collect

  • Order data: name, e-mail address, country, products bought, amount and date, received from Stripe when you pay.
  • Contact data: your phone number and messages if you contact us on WhatsApp, and your e-mail and messages if you write to us.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment providers (Stripe and Payoneer). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider (Hostinger) for security and to keep the site running.

Who receives your data

  • Stripe, Inc. and Payoneer Inc.: payment processing.
  • Our e-mail provider: delivery of your files and replies.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): only if you choose to contact us there.
  • Hostinger International Ltd: website hosting.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and some of our providers process data outside your country. When data from the European Economic Area or the UK is transferred, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses used by these providers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally up to 7 years). Support messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange. Technical logs: a few months at most.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as those of California and Colorado), you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to admin@mybestsub.space. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it. EU and UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority.

Children

Our books are made for children, but purchases must be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is limited to what is needed to run the shop.
