Payments & Security

We use Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers, to process card payments on mybestsub.space. Payoneer is available as a second option for products priced at €20 or more.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major networks.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay, when available on your device.
• Other local payment methods Stripe may offer in your country at checkout.

Paying with Payoneer

For products priced at €20 or more, you can also pay through Payoneer by choosing “Pay with Payoneer” under the product. You pay on Payoneer’s secure page. As Payoneer does not send you back to our site automatically, we deliver your files by e-mail within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. For faster delivery, message us on WhatsApp with your payment confirmation.

Currency and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (€). Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe and shown on the checkout page before you confirm. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees if your card is not in euros.

How your payment is protected

• You pay on Stripe’s secure page (address starting with https://buy.stripe.com or https://checkout.stripe.com).
• All data is encrypted with TLS. Stripe is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard of the card industry.
• Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure (a code or approval in your banking app).
• We never see, receive or store your full card number.

Your receipt and bank statement

Stripe e-mails you a receipt immediately after payment. The charge appears on your bank statement under the name of MY BEST SUB LLC or “MYBEST SUB”.

Payment problems

If a payment fails, no money is taken; simply try again or use another card. If you see a charge you don’t recognise, contact us before contacting your bank: we answer quickly. See Contact and our Refund Policy.
